BoxMatch is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Under-18 profiles are not allowed and are hidden from search and discovery. Attempting to misrepresent your age will result in permanent removal.

Protect your details

Never share your home address, financial details, ID numbers, or passwords with someone you've just matched with. Keep conversations inside Digital Box until you fully trust the other person.

Meet safely

First meetings should happen in a public place. Tell a friend where you're going and share your live location. If something feels wrong, leave — trust your instincts.

No money, no favours

Never send money, gift cards, or cryptocurrency to a match, and be very cautious with anyone who asks. Report requests for money immediately.

Consent matters

All interactions must be respectful and consensual. Harassment, unwanted sexual content, threats, or coercion are grounds for immediate removal.

Block and report

Use the Block and Report tools on any profile or message that makes you uncomfortable. Our team reviews every report and takes action on violations.
